Compliance vendors in this industry have a reputation problem, and it's earned. The federal regulator publishes standing fraud alerts about companies in our category impersonating government agencies. Complaint files are full of auto-renewals nobody agreed to and cancellations that took months. Prices are hidden behind quote calls for a service that is federally defined and identical everywhere.
We think the whole thing can be run straight: publish the prices, put the total cost in front of people before they sign, bill one line per charge, and let anyone cancel the day they ask. None of that is clever. It's just unusual here.

When an auditor asks for your file, we produce it. That's the job.
We don't sell background checks or MVR reports, and we don't advise anyone on whether to hire a driver. Those are consumer-reporting activities with their own regulatory regime, and we'd rather do one thing properly than four things adequately.
